Car Service - Rental Agreement
20% Gratuity, Tolls, Airport fees (If Applicable) are not included unless specifically listed on the confirmation, and will be charged along with any other incurred charges at end of the trip.
Sedan hourly rate: $60.00 per Hour & SUV hourly rate: $70.00 per hour.
Meet and greet inside Terminal: $35.00
Round Trips: Round trip is for our internal reservation system information only, Price shown is for each way. Customers must book their return trip separately.
Hourly rate includes a 15 miles per hour booked. The additional mileage to be billed at the end of the trip as follows:
Sedan: $3.00 per mile + Gratuity and other fees associated with the ride.
SUV: $3.50 per mile + Gratuity and other fees associated with the ride.
Additional stops: will be charged @ $20.00 per stop within 3 miles.
Wait time: Will be charged after 15 minutes from pick time for the point to point pick up, and 30 minutes after flight arrival for Domestic Flights, and 60 minutes after flight arrival for International Flight. We monitor all flights and any wait time will only be charged after the grace period allowed and after actual flight arrival. No fee will be charged for late or canceled flights. Meet and greet inside Terminalis available for an additional $35.00 Additional time will be billed at 1/2 hour increment.
Child car seats are available for $25.00 ** All deposits are NON- refundable for cancellation less than 24 hours will require payments in full. The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. The sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
