Miami International Airport

Miami International Airport is also known as MIA which was previously known as Wilcox Field.  This is a public airport which was the main airport in Miami. The owner of the airport is Miami-Dade County whereas the Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) operates the airport.
The airport serves the entire Miami with the passenger transfer to the cargo. The American airlines are dedicated to serving the passengers to reach their destination. There are 4 runways and 28 airways base on 46% multi-engine and the 54% jet.
The total gates for the airport are 131. Miami International Airport has the ground transportation which is a public service that transit to the Miami-Dade Transit's Metrorail, Metro bus network; Greyhound Bus Lines, and to the Tri-Rail commuter rail system.
