We had a 6am pick up for our group of 5 to the airport. The driver was early, and texted me to let me know exactly where he was parked at the hotel (as close as the Bellman would let him park). He was dressed and acted very professionally, and his Suburban was clean and well kept. When we arrived at the airport, he had all of our bags unloaded, and on the curb before we even finished getting ourselves out. Thank you for the superb service!

Booked a suburban for an early morning pick up to the airport. Vehicle was clean, driver was early and very personable. At security we realized we left a bag in the car and the driver returned to the airport moments later without issue and gave it to us and apologized as if it was his fault when we were the ones that left it. The driver was excellent. He considered where he was parking to wait for us so he didn't block the entrance to the assisted living. He also called ahead and checked on us. On pick up he was flexible as hour time needed to be extended and it was very easy to add the additional hours on the credit card. He did an excellent job and I would love to book him again ! Last week was my first ride with Zlimos.com and it was great. The service was what you expect from a five stars service. It was a good experience all around. The driver showed up 15 minutes prior to the reservation, polite, professionally dressed and best of all knowledgeable of the city. He was able to get me to the airport on time by going around back ways to avoid traffic. As for car it was clean interior and exterior. The drivers had classical music on and ask if i would like to hear it or would I prefer something else. They, also had USAToday and cold water. As for the price it unbelievably inexpensive I paid about 25% less than I usually pay for my Airport Limo ride. Overall an amazing experience and will defiantly will be using them from now on..
